2. Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene, safety, and product sensitivity reasons, Perfumes are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Once a perfume order has been delivered successfully, no return, exchange, or refund request will be accepted unless:

The product received is physically damaged during delivery, or
An incorrect item was delivered

Failure to report within the specified timeline may result in rejection of the claim.
